Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your Custom Planning Session up to 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session, or no-shows, will forfeit the $75 deposit—no refunds will be given. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to planning your trip!
